Standard Shipping

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Please note: APO/FPO Military mail orders addressed to 093 prefix zip codes must be placed by 11:59 pm EST on Monday, December 1 to guarantee delivery by December 24th.

APO/FPO Military mail orders addressed to all other zip codes must be placed by 11:59 pm EST on Monday, December 8 to guarantee delivery by December 24th.

Some items are not available for standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses or US Territories.

Express Shipping

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

Express Shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Some items may not be available for Express Shipping.

Next Business Day Delivery

Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.

Next Business Day Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and certain remote locations.

Some items may not be available for Next Business Day Shipping.

Multiple Shipments

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order. Also, there is no shipping and handling charge for a Gift Card unless you ship via express delivery.

Shipping Carriers

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

Shipments to International Addresses

At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders

Online Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style. Returns are always free!

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned by mail or to any US location within 90 days of original purchase date.

Return merchandise within 90 days of original purchase date.

All swimwear returns must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact to be eligible for a return.

Unworn sunglasses, with tags attached, may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase if accompanied by the original receipt and the complementary case.

Defective sunglasses will be accepted for return at anytime.

Mail Only Returns

Certain items are not eligible for store returns and therefore must be returned using our free and easy mail return process. These items are indicated as "Return by Mail Only" on the product page and have a return type of "Mail Only" in your shopping bag and on your invoice.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

items are indicated as "Return by Mail Only" on the product page and have a return type of "Mail Only" in your shopping bag. Making an online return is free and easy. Simply click here to create your own pre-paid UPS return shipping label.

Follow the below instructions to package your return and mail it back to us:

Detach the top customer portion of the invoice for your records. Circle the item(s) that you are returning and note the quantity and return reason(s) for each item on your invoice. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the completed invoice. Affix your return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown. Take the package to your nearest UPS / USPS location.
